Norse Explore Tours Did you know NKU Community Connections offers FREE field trips for grades K-8? 

Our Norse Explore and ArtReach programs encourage your students to start planning for college at any age. Your students can participate in presentations and activities with NKU faculty, staff, and students, take campus tours, see  shows at the Haile Digital Planetarium, watch a performance by our Departments of Music, Theatre, and Dance, and much more.

Third Annual Evidence-Based School Counseling Conference
March 26 & 27, 2015
The Third Annual Evidence-Based School Counseling Conference provides school counselors with critical information about successful practice, evaluation, and relevant research to create dynamic and powerful school counseling programs. The conference uses a unique format incorporating both peer-reviewed research presentations and professional workshops by leaders in the field.

ACT Preparation: Intensive

In this intensive ACT Prep course you will learn test-taking strategies, complete sample test questions and review subject matter to help you perform more quickly and comfortably on test day.
Success Sign Powered Up & Learning (Middle School)
August 7 & 8, 2014; 9-11:30 a.m.
Powered Up & Learning (High School)
August 7 & 8, 2014; 1-4 p.m.

Develop effective study habits, learn to make good choices, and build the foundation for academic success in this class. Topics include positive attitude and motivation, learning styles, note-taking, reading skills, test-taking strategies, organizing work, managing time wisely and more. There are separate classes for high school students and middle school students
