Worship Fertilizer from Dave Helmuth and Ad Lib Music

This might not be for you, but I really think you should hire one of the Ad Lib worship coaches or audio coaches for 2016.
I just completed my first year on part time staff at a church and it's been...quite the year!

I've had good support from my pastor, leadership team, a special "worship discernment team," several of the worship team members, and many church members.

But I had been lacking something.

I often wondered what it would be like to have somebody on my team, on my side, who's got my back, who cares more about me as a person than about what I can get done, yet somebody who isn't at my church. Someone who has an all-access pass to see behind the scenes, yet who's personally outside of all the history and politics of my church.

Even though I'm a worship coach myself, and even lead a team of amazing worship coaches, I needed someone to coach me for my own context. Someone from the outside. So the church hired one for me.

And Coach Jerimae from WorshipTeamCoach.com has been a real Godsend. I can't adequately communicate to you how significant it's been to have him speak into my life. I only speak with him once a month, and yet, having someone else's insight, perspective, prayers, and encouragement has been massive.

That's why I'm being so bold in telling you to hire one of our coaches. I've had a fresh experience at how helpful a coach can be.

9 out of 10...

Our coaches, Andrew, Brian, Jay, Jeremy, Jim, Kevin, Loren, Rick, Theresa, and Tony have great hearts of service and tremendously varied backgrounds. The wealth of resources that our collective of coaches carries is colossal! (I've had too many years of sermons to resist)

So I know you're probably thinking only of Christmas. And that's ok. But for a moment, consider your long term leadership and hire a coach for next year.

I'd suggest a year of coaching (ten coaching) sessions for 2016. That would be $2,250. That might be your whole budget, or ten times what your budget is. We can help you find ways of securing the funds. If you'd rather, you could sign up for just 3 months at $675. And it doesn't matter if you're in Central PA, or anywhere else in the world - we coach via Skype or phone as well!

You can even pay in advance for part of it with any remaining 2015 budget that you'd lose if you don't use before the end of this year.

The point is, ask for help. We don't easily ask for help. I did. It's a game changer. Coaching is affordable, life-giving, and worth it! Read what a few churches have said about coaching.
