 2nd Annual

"Blue Santa" Program

The Bartonville Police Department's 2nd Annual Blue Santa Program is accepting donations of money, grocery store gift cards, and new unwrapped gifts for Bartonville area kids in need.

The Bartonville Police Department reaches out to the Argyle Community Civic League (ACCL) who receives applications to provide needs for children in the local area.   The ACCL identified 9 families that reside in Bartonville who would otherwise go without Christmas.  There are 27 children between the ages of 3 - 18.

We have a "Blue Santa" giving tree located inside Bartonville Town Hall with wish tags for each child
. You may stop by anytime during business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).  Additional suggested items:  Warm blankets, gloves, hats, and grocery cards (All children are on the free lunch program and may not eat as well at home when school is out.)

Donations may dropped off through December 16th to the Bartonville Police Department and Town Hall, 1941 E. Jeter Road; and can also be dropped off at: Savory Bistro and 7-11 (both located in Bartonville Town Center, 2650 FM 407).

Monetary donations and gift cards may be taken to the Bartonville Police Department/Town Hall through December 15th.

For more information please contact the Bartonville Police Department (817-693-5287) and/or Town Hall (817-693-5280).

Last year our community collected over $800 in gift cards along with many wonderful gifts. This drive could not be a great success without the generous support of a caring community.  We look forward to receiving your contributions that will assist the Blue Santa's goal in making this a successful and Joyful Holiday for the families in need of assistance this Holiday Season.
