Town Council Meeting Notice
The agenda was amended by correcting the location and address of the meeting place from Bartonville Town Hall to Fellowship Church of the Nazarene, 2200 E. Jeter Road, Bartonville, Texas 76226.  No other changes were made.

This agenda includes two public hearings:

A Public Hearing to discuss and consider an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 361-05, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, as amended, by changing the zoning designation of approximately 5.646 acres from a zoning designation of "AG" Agriculture to a zoning designation of "RE-2" Single Family Residential- 2 acre lot minimums,  and by amending the official zoning map to reflect such change; and by further amending the Land Use Map of the Bartonville Comprehensive Master Plan to reflect a change in zoning for 5.646 acre tract from "Agricultural" to "Single Family Residential - 2 Acre Lots.  The property is commonly known as 744 Jeter Road, Bartonville, Texas. (The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 3 to 2 at its October 1, 2014, meeting).

A Public Hearing to discuss and consider an ordinance amending the Town of Bartonville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14, Article 14.300, Ordinance 361-05, Zoning Regulations and Map for the Town of Bartonville, by granting a zoning change from a zoning designation of "RE-2" - Residential 2 Acre Estates to a zoning designation of "P/SP" - Public/Semi-Public and for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an elevated water tank and related facilities on a tract of land of approximately 4.735 acres known as Lot 1, Block A of the Bartonville Water Supply Addition, an addition to the Town of Bartonville, Texas as recorded in Cabinet V, page 806 of the plat records of Denton County, Texas. . (The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the zoning designation change from "RE-2" Residential 2 Acre Estates to "P/SP" Public Semi-Public by a vote of 5 to 0; and the vote to recommend approval to allow a Conditional Use Permit to allow an elevated water tank and related facilities failed by a vote of 0 to 5, at its October 15, 2014, meeting).
