Dear Parent/Guardian,

I hope everyone had a restful break and a blessed Easter.  On Monday, some students were visited by the author of "Press Play," Herve Tullet.  They enjoyed the presentation.

Yesterday, our students listened to Carrie Goldman speak on bullying and challenged all our students to stand up, make a change, and spread kindness.

This Saturday is our Choose Kindness St. Cletus 5K Run.  We hope you can attend. We are still in need of volunteers to help with this wonderful event.  See the links under School News below for more information and to volunteer.

Next week is Aspire testing for grades 3 through 8.  It is important that all students are present and on time each day throughout the week.

Next Tuesday, April 12, is another Dining for Dollars opportunity at the newly opened Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Countryside.  Be sure to mention "St. Cletus" when placing your order between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Our National Junior Honor Society is sponsoring a Goodwill Mission drive through Friday, April 8.  See the article below for details.

Have a great week!
Blessings,

Lauren Lewandowski

Goodwill Mission, Sponsored by NJHS
Support the Goodwill mission by donating used clothing and small household items the week of April 4-8.  Have your students bring items into their homerooms. Do not send furniture or large items; those must be dropped off at a Goodwill Donation Center.  You may also deliver items to any Goodwill location through April 30; please tell the attendant that you are representing St. Cletus in the "Pass it On Challenge."
School Board Vacancies
The School Board will have vacant positions next year.  If you are looking for an opportunity to volunteer and positively impact the school, please e-mail your resume or background information to Eileen Dorchinecz.
Box Tops: Collection Sheet
These sheets will make it easier to count and track quantities of Box Tops being turned in; however, loose box tops are always welcomed.  Students may color the sheets and tape the Box Tops on as the sheet fills up.  Make sure Box Tops are not expired.  Thank you for your support!
