January 14, 2015

Dear Parents,

Well, it may be cold outside, but the sun is surely beautiful as I write this letter.  We are hearty stock here at St. Cletus and made it through our first polar vortex of 2015.  Thank you for all your support, and here's to sunny, warmer days ahead.

Thanks to FSA for the fabulous Winter Fest.  A good time was had by all!  I hope to see you Friday at Cardinal Pursuit!  Many of our students took the high school entrance exam at neighborhood Catholic schools last Saturday.  Best wishes to all of them as they wait to hear about acceptance to these wonderful institutions.

One-fourth of our school families have either not re-enrolled or paid the re-enrollment deposit, or both, in order to hold your place(s) for the 2015-16 school year.  Our school budgeting process, including tuition and fees estimation, depends on solid enrollment numbers.  If you have not re-enrolled yet, please CLICK HERE NOW and help us to plan our budget for next year.

Thanks to everyone who purchased Blue Ribbon ornaments before Christmas.  We have a few left if anyone would still like to buy one.  Take some time to read the Scoop this week--it has information about many upcoming events, including a spaghetti dinner and our "Lei'd Back Luau"!  These are sure to be great events you won't want to miss.  Have a good week and stay warm.

Sincerely,

Margaret M. Hayes

Principal

2015-16 Re-Enrollment (Current Families)

School families received an e-mail/letter from Mrs. Hillgoth and Ms. Hayes with instructions for on-line re-enrollment and a link to the FACTS Management site for your $50.00 deposit.

Please Note: to prevent late fees, we scheduled the re-enrollment deposit due date for May 2015.  Auto Pay families' accounts are scheduled to withdraw this payment in May, unless you schedule it sooner. So, we are asking all families, including those using Auto Pay, to schedule your deposit now.  Please visit your FACTS Incidental Expenses account and open the 2015-16 school year to make your payment.

St. Cletus School enrollment is now open to the general public, and class openings are available to all on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you haven't re-enrolled, please do so now.  Thank you.
