A Note from Margaret Hayes

     Parent/Teacher Conferences, November 25, 2014

November 3, 2014

Dear Parents,

Can you believe we are almost at the end of our first trimester?  Time is certainly flying by.  The end of the trimester means it is time to sign up for parent/teacher conferences.  We are using the online sign-up for conferences again this year.  However, this year we are making it even easier.

To sign up, all you have to do is go to the Parent page of the website, click on the link, and GO!   We ask that parents with multiple students at St. Cletus go to the website right away today after 3:00 p.m. to schedule your appointments.  Parents of one St. Cletus student, we ask that you wait until Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. to begin scheduling your appointments.  This delay allows those with multiple students to schedule their appointments close to each other.  Thank you for your understanding.

There is a link on the website to make your appointment.  All you will need to do is select the teacher and begin.   If you have multiple students, follow the instructions for "Add a different student at St. Cletus" that is on the left side of the sign-up page before clicking "submit."

Remember that all 5th-8th grade students are required to attend the conference with their parents.  Because of the Junior High departmental setup, please schedule an appointment with the one teacher you feel it is most important to see or who has requested a conference with you.

Mrs. Keane and Mrs. Bellisario will send notes home with their students if they need to see you.  If you want to see them and didn't get a letter, simply check their name and make an appointment.

The deadline for everyone to register is 3:15 p.m. on November 20.  If you have not registered by then, you will be assigned a time by the teacher.

Here is the link to our Parent Page.
