September 24, 2014

Dear Parents,

A "Big" thank you goes to our Family School Association!  Grandparents/ Grandfriends' Day was a huge success!  Many "Grands" were able to celebrate with their student, and a nice time was had by all.  Much work and organization goes into an event such as this.  So, again we are grateful to all for providing such a nice opportunity for our school community.

This Friday is a Student Council sponsored Dress Down Day for $1.00.  All funds raised will be donated to Operation Enduring Care!  This charity helps war veterans who are suffering from injuries and other health concerns.  Thank you in advance for your participation.

Time sure does fly by!  It is almost October!  This is a great time of the year to enjoy some good weather and gaze at the coloring leaves.  Enjoy your week.

Sincerely,

Jolene Hillgoth and

Margaret Hayes

NOTES/REMINDERS

Chocolate Milk Update

This year, our milk vendor changed our chocolate milk brand (without notice), and students have not been overly delighted with the taste.  So, we contacted our vendor and switched back to our favorite "TruMoo" brand fat-free chocolate milk!

Extended Care Billing

The first extended care billing was charged to participating families' FACTS Incidental Expenses accounts.

Incidental Expenses accounts must be initialized by the account holder.  If you already set up Auto Pay last year, you will not need to do this again for the 2014-15 school year.  Auto Pay is an option you may choose to automatically pay all of your incidental fees, such as extended care and milk, on a day of the month that you have chosen.  If you do not wish to use Auto Pay, then you will need to schedule each payment individually by the due date.

Extended care participating families will be charged the annual $25.00 registration fee at the first billing that you use the program.  You will see this separate charge on your invoice.

If you have any questions about extended care or your FACTS accounts, please contact the school office at (708) 352-4820.
