We are so happy to welcome Mrs. Heidi Van De Voort, our new music teacher.  She started today and is off and running!

Sincerely,

Margaret M. Hayes

Principal

NOTES/REMINDERS

Extended Care Billing for August

The first extended care billing (for August usage) was charged to participating families' FACTS Incidental Expenses accounts last week.

Incidental Expenses accounts must be initialized by the account holder.  If you already set up Auto Pay last year, you will not need to do this again for the 2014-15 school year.  Auto Pay is an option you may choose to automatically pay all of your incidental fees, such as extended care and milk, on a day of the month that you have chosen.  If you do not wish to use Auto Pay, then you will need to schedule each payment individually by the due date.

Extended care participating families will be charged the annual $25.00 registration fee at the first billing that you use the program.  You will see this separate charge on your invoice.

If you have any questions about extended care or your FACTS accounts, please contact the school office at (708) 352-4820.

School Choice Rally

Thousands of parents, educators, teachers, community leaders, and students will join in an Illinois School Choice Rally Day on Thursday, September 25, in front of the State of Illinois Building in Chicago at 10:30 a.m. to show support for School Choice.

All interested community members, parents, alumni, and community leaders are invited to join in the rally supporting School Choice in Illinois and learn more about how it can impact your child's education.

School Choice legislation is part of a growing trend nationwide and would improve Illinois' educational choices for students and enable parents to find the best fit for their child. There are over 2.2 million children in Illinois schools. Parents who send their children to non-public schools already save Illinois over $1 billion per year.
