September 10, 2014

Dear Parents,

Well, have you recovered yet?  I hope you enjoyed Fall Fest as much as I did!  A big thank you goes to all who volunteered in any way, shape or form.  You are the reason the event was so successful.

Thank you to the parents who joined us for Mass on Monday.  It was a beautiful Mass celebrating the birth of our Blessed Mother.  The blessing of the 6th graders' Bibles also made this Mass so special.

We remain busy here at St. Cletus getting ready for picture day and Grandparents Day, but we wouldn't have it any other way.  Enjoy these glorious days God has graced us with while we still can.

Sincerely,

Margaret M. Hayes

Principal

SCHOOL AND PARISH NEWS                        Sept. 10, 2014

Parish Fall Festival Results

Our festival is over, but the memories made and friendships formed are everlasting. This exciting event not only raised some essential income for our parish and school, but it was also a wonderful opportunity to build and develop our parish and faith community here at St. Cletus.  Parishioners from across the many ministries and age groups worked side by side to ensure the Festival continued operating smoothly and safely throughout this four-day gala experience.

Festival attendees, both children and adults, enjoyed a vast array of exciting carnival rides, tasty fares and refreshing brews, and some great music provided by popular local bands.  A good time was definitely had by all who attended the St. Cletus 2014-15 Fall Festival.

It's still a bit too early to publish the results of profits earned from these festivities.  Be sure to watch for this information in an upcoming Scoop or e-mail announcement!
