March 5, 2014

Dear Parents,

Thanks to all of the families, friends, and businesses who are supporting our Auction and Gala!  The Shanleys, fourth grade parents, and other school families have volunteered much time and work to make this event a grand success.  There is still time to purchase tickets, support our event with a donation, and/or purchase tuition raffle tickets or wine corks.

Breaking News: Josie Dunne of La Grange, a local musical sensation (soon to be famous!) is making a special appearance at our Auction!

This year's Auction offers so many wonderful and intriguing Auction items for bid, entertainment with a country flare, and many other exciting surprises.  So, please join us for a fun-filled evening of good friends, food, drink, and entertainment.

Please visit our Auction Website to prepare for the big night:

  • Preview the Auction items;
  • Link to our on-line bidding site;
  • Set up your on-line bidding account to save time at check-in;
  • Place your initial bids and sign up for a party or trip; and
  • Set up automatic bids to be sure you are not "out-bid."

We hope to see everyone there, but even if you cannot attend, feel free to join in the bidding fun on-line:

  • Set up your credit card ahead of time;
  • Place initial bids;
  • Set a budget on automatic bids and make sure that you are not "out-bid"; and
  • Sign up for a party or trip.

We look forward to spending Saturday evening with you!

Sincerely,

Easter Egg Hunt Volunteers Needed

       Our children's Easter Egg Hunt is approaching soon, and we need your help.  The kids love this annual event, but we cannot pull it off without some volunteers.  If you have been looking for a way to get involved or you are a veteran volunteer, the Easter Egg Hunt is a lot of fun and not an overwhelming amount of work.  We are looking for one person to head the event and a few other volunteers to help. The Hunt is scheduled for Saturday, April 12.  Please consider giving some time to make this event a success. To sign up, click on Sign-up Genius and scroll down to find "Easter Egg Hunt."  Thank you in advance.  If you have any questions, please e-mail Wendy Schuler.
