January 15, 2014

Dear Parents,

A FANTASTIC time was had by all who attended our Tuition Raffle Party, so generously hosted by the Beauregard family.  Many thanks are extended to the Beauregards for offering their beautiful home and providing the delicious food and wonderful beverages enjoyed by all.  We also greatly appreciate all of the party attendees who contributed toward this key element of our Spring Auction.

A big thank you to everyone who has taken the AdvancEd survey on line.  We have received some wonderful feedback so far.  Please complete the survey if you haven't already done so--a link has been provided below.

Catholic Schools Week is right around the corner.  Encourage your neighbors and friends to check out all the great things St. Cletus has to offer at our Open House, Sunday, January 26, after 9:30 Mass.   Enjoy the three-day weekend coming up!

Sincerely,

Margaret M. Hayes

Principal

You can send in cash or check (payable to "St. Cletus School") to the school office. E-mail Erich Kittlaus with any questions.

ATHLETICS

Track and Field

Plans for the Track and Field season are underway.  At this time, we are sending a call-out for coaches.  We are in need of two 5th grade girls coaches. No special track experience is needed for these roles.  In addition, there is always a need for specialty coaches.  If you have some experience in any of our field or specialty events, please consider donating some of your time to the track team. These events include: long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, javelin, discus, and hurdles.  We have several returning coaches for these events but could use some additional help.

Please contact either Lukasz Majewski or one of the head coaches: Jeanne Kelly, Liz Valdes or Chuck Cranny, if you are interested.  The first track coaching meeting will be Wednesday, January 22, at 7:00 p.m.  In addition, the tentative meet schedule is posted on the Website.

We Need Your Fall Sports Photos

Cross country, football, basketball, and volleyball--send them to Sports Video. The pictures will be in publications for the school and the end-of-year sports video.
