Student Council is sponsoring a Dress Down Day on Friday, November 8.  Please bring in $1.00 (by Friday), which will be donated toward the St. Cletus Capital Campaign for building the new parish center.

• 5th-8th grade students must attend conferences with their parents.

       Autographed copies of "An Army of Frogs," written by Trevor Pryce, are still available for purchase.  Please send in cash or a check payable to St. Cletus School for $15.95 with your child's name and room number.  E-mail Mary Delaney with questions.

7th and 3rd Grade Service Project: Project Linus

       Project Linus Mission: provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need, through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers." 

       The seventh and third grade students will be paired up to create fleece blankets for children in need. We will be creating these together on December 12th. 

       We are asking seventh and third grade students to donate toward the cost of fleece in order to make the blankets. The students should EARN this money by doing housework, yard work, or anything else to serve others. The more everyone is able to donate, the more blankets we can make for the children. We are asking for each student to earn at least $5.00. Once the blankets are made, they will be delivered to a Chicago Linus Project Branch location.  

       If you would like help donate, please bring in donations by Tuesday, December 3, to your teacher.
