How Much Do You Know About Food?The other day I gave a nutrition seminar to a small group of people who were looking to understand how to eat healthier and make better food choices. This is a seminar I've given many times, however this time in particular struck me as interesting because it became apparent to me how very seldom we are still not looking at the ingredients in what we're buying, and if we are looking at them we don't necessarily know what they are. So I decided to make this a fun experience for you all and give you a test! Not really, but it is a fun little food quiz to see how much you really know about what's in your food.
