The 4th annual Harvest Feast for the Castro Country Club is just one week away! This is the biggest and funnest CCC event of the year, and the funds we raise are critical to the ongoing operations of the Club. But the food, the fellowship, the entertainment, and the venue all make this event truly a spectacular one. This year, we plan to honor three well-known supporters of the Club with special recognitions of their service and generosity (no long speeches, we promise!), and your presence will make the occasion all the more wonderful.

If you haven't been to the Feast before, you don't know what you're missing! If you have, then we hope to see you again on Saturday night!

This year's Harvest Feast begins with a 6pm reception featuring hors d'oeuvres by JJardine Catering & Events, open alcohol-free bar and silent auction at the famed Patio Cafe' at 531 Castro Street. Dinner seating and entertainment begins at 7:30pm with Mistress of Ceremonies Heklina, sensational singer and musician Lily Holbrook, and a four-course dinner from acclaimed chef Jimmy Jardine. Entree choices: grilled filet mignon, porcini beurre rouge, lobster mac & cheese, or (vegetarian) crispy scallopini of portobello mushroom, lemon caper sauce, truffle & Reggiano Parmesan risotto.

HEKLINA: Hosts and produces Trannyshack, San Francisco's infamous drag performance night club that shocked and delighted packed audiences every Tuesday night at midnight for over twelve years on the tiny STUD bar stage in San Francisco. Now, having moved to the much larger DNA Lounge, the shows have become even more elaborate and spectacular. Defying all expectations, Trannyshack incorporates everything from low brow trash to high brow performance art, and has become famous (or, infamous) worldwide as the quintessential San Francisco experience. Trannyshack is now branching out its empire, with shows in LA, Austin, Waikiki, Seattle, Portland, New Orleans, Palm Springs, and Reno also enjoying great success. www.trannyshack.com

LILY HOLBROOK: With the release of her most recent album, "Wicked Ways," an opening performance for Brian Wilson at Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC and a slot at New Jersey's "All Points West" festival headlined by Radiohead, Lily is no longer an underground sensation. She is currently in San Francisco working on her fourth album. Describing her music as melancholic rock, Lily's influences have always been diverse, ranging from Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd to Sarah Mclachlan, PJ Harvey and The Cure. www.lilyholbrook.com
