Parklets are cropping up all over and adding interest and fun to city settings. Seattle has a growing number of parklets which are part of its new wayfinding system to enhance the appeal of the City's arts districts. Parklets increase walkability, add resting spots, and encourage people to spend more time out and about visiting, dining, and shopping.

Come for an informal conversation about the benefits of parklets and the idea to create a temporary parklet in Port Townsend's downtown historic district this summer.
Please RSVP by June 17th so we have enough coffee for everyone. We hope to see you there. Thank you!
