More Ways You Can Help Support Arts In The PT School District:
  • PT Artscape Donation Jars in select stores; all proceeds will go directly to art education programs in the Port Townsend School District.
  • Daily Bird Pottery will also contribute again this year. Sales of "Daily Birds" in May will benefit the Arts in the Schools Program.
  • The Port Townsend Food Co-op is letting PT Artscape have a jar in its "Beans for Bags" Program in May and June. For every bean collected, the Food Co-op will donate 5 cents to PT Artscape!

Proceeds from these activities help support diverse offerings by PT Artscape including the Teaching Artists Programs in Grant Street School, Blue Heron Middle School, Port Townsend High School, and professional development for teaching artists and classroom teachers. PT Artscape also supports Centrum's Tales, Texts and Theater Program for the sixth grade, as well as special projects and materials.

FROM THE RECLYCLERY: Become a "Bicycle Benefits Business"! This program incentivizes people bicycling to your business and gets your name out there as a bicycle friendly shop. Bike tourism is becoming more popular, especially in a destination town like ours. Cyclists are also known to spend more money locally than people who drive to shop - and they don't require extra parking! So please consider improving the visibility of your business and spreading the word for Bicycle Benefits.  For more information contact Aliina at info@ptrecyclery.org
