March 13-15, Key City Public Theatre PlayFest 19, featuring winning One-Act Plays by Jefferson County Playwrights.
 
March 13 - Come Throw Down For "The Better Half's" Last Show. An evening of great music and fun at the Northwest Maritime Center. BandLab starting music off at 7 pm followed by The Better Half at 8:30 pm. All ages welcome. 
 
 
March 17, Happy St. Patrick's Day...join us for the Main Street Port Townsend Pub Crawl.  Uptown & Downtown! For $5, you could win a POT OF GOLD! 
 

March 20-22, Victorian Heritage Festival, celebrate Port Townsend's extraordinary maritime traditions and history! 

The festival will offer tours, fashions, dances and demonstrations giving a glimpse to our fascinating past. Coordinated by Olympic Peninsula Steam, a nonprofit organization. 

 

Jefferson County Courthouse

The Port Townsend Main Street Program will once again offer the popular "Insider's Historic Building Tours" in support of the Festival. 

Get the inside scoop on the stories behind the facades. Tours will be held Sunday, March 22. Get your tickets now--last year's tours sold out!

Spring HUD Loans Available  

Gallus Rutz Building - Uptown

Low Interest Loans Available to Rehab Commercial Buildings in Port Townsend's Commercial Historic Districts

 

The Port Townsend Main Street Spring HUD Loan application deadline is March 31st at 5 pm. These funds can help property owners accomplish historic preservation and safety improvements in their buildings and is available to commercial buildings in Port Townsend's Downtown and Uptown Commercial Historic Districts. With these funds, building owners have repaired roofs, fixed staircases, re-pointed brick facades, installed windows and improved the safety of their buildings. Visit our website here for details.

Did you know The Broken Spoke hosts weekly bike rides? Monday Night Ladies' Rides! Join them for our women's mountain bike rides on Monday nights at 6 pm. We start at the shop and ride all around town, we'll stay together as a group and are out for a fun ride. Thursday night trail rides! Starting at the shop at 6 pm and riding all around town and anywhere in between, these rides will be no-drop, any (even slow!) pace and any level. 
 
Speaking of bikes and riding, The Peninsula Trails Coalition is very excited to announce their 2nd Annual Bike Tune-Up Fundraiser, an event in which all seven North Olympic Peninsula bicycle shops are offering to donate all tune-up labor charges to the PTC during their regular business hours on two upcoming Friday-Saturdays, March 20 and 21 and April 10 and 11. Port Townsend participants are:
