The Port Townsend Main Street Program's Downtown Sidewalk Sale is set for Saturday, August 30th thru Monday, Sept. 1st, Labor Day Weekend. Many shops open til 7 pm Fri./Sat.

Customers can save money on gifts, back-to-school specials, accessories and apparel. Don't miss the boat--save BIG shopping locally!

Merchants are encouraged to download a "Sidewalk Sale" participating merchant sign.

PLUS... DON'T MISS THE LEADER'S 125TH ANNIVERSARY!

Leader Parking Lot Party -- Celebrating 125 years, right here!

Wander into the Leader parking lot on Saturday, Aug. 30 from 2-6 pm for an outdoor party with music, snacks, beer garden and much more. It's part of Main Street's downtown sidewalk sale the same weekend. The tunes come from Pies on the Run and others. The popcorn, lemonade and ice cream are free. Look through the Leader Building, now in its 140th year, meet the Leader staff and Leader readers from all over the county. Be on hand for a Leader Reader group photograph and other activities.

The Port Townsend Main Street Program and the Port Townsend Film Festival invite merchants to decorate their window to promote the film festival and their business.

Prizes! ~ Fame! ~ Foot Traffic!

Decorate your window by 5pm September 18th to be eligible for the judging.

Program, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
