 Customer Connection
Starting the new year, it is always good to "review, refresh and re-hire" yourself. Here are a few tips to remind us what customers mean to our business.
Commandments of Good Business
By Les Schwab Tires
Customers . . .
- Are the most important people in the business.
- Are not dependent on us...we are dependent on them.
- Are not an interruption of our work...they are the purpose of it.
- Do us a favor when they call...we are not doing them a favor by serving them.
- Are a part of our business, they are not outsiders.
- Are not cold statistics...they are flesh and blood human beings with feelings and emotions like our own.
- Are not people to argue or match wits with.
- Are individuals who bring us their wants...it is our job to fill those wants.
- Are deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give them.
- Are the lifeblood of this and every other business.
Have a great customer service story or tip you would like to share? We would love to hear from you, email us here.
