Ideas Took Flight and Launched Waterbury Community Leaders

With a nudge from her mom, Liz Bullard of Waterbury got on a plane to Kentucky for community leadership training. Soon she and other committed local residents were teaming with Neighborhood Housing Services of Waterbury to help parents be better advocates --- in schools, housing, and the voting booth. Read more.
