101 Things to See & Do for $10 or Less This Fall!

Fall is a great time to explore the Kenosha Area with family and friends. Check out the latest Fall/Winter edition of our FUN 101 list, featuring 101 free or nearly-free adventures to add to your autumn bucket list! Here are a few hints at the full you'll find...
 

Kids can be paleontologists for a day at the Dinosaur Discovery Museum's Dino Digs most Saturday and Sunday afternoons (free). Take a ride along lake Michigan shore in one of Kenosha's vintage electric streetcars (50 cents - $1). Test your endurance and climb to the top of the Southport Lighthouse ($5-$10). Our FUN 101 list goes on and on but fall doesn't... so start planning your Kenosha visit today!

The Autumn Feel of Oconto

Oconto is putting on its Fall colors in celebration of this transformation from summer!  Pumpkins and mums are the decorations of choice amongst the community, along with a preview of Halloween displays.  Everyone gets involved to showcase the Autumn feel of Oconto! Bicyclists are hitting the bike trails, especially the "Ride Oconto History" series of trails.  Birdwatchers are checking out the Oconto Marsh Area and Breakwater Park sites.  Yes, it is a laid-back enjoyable season when you are here!

TWO RIVERS

Autumn Delight

Two Rivers is more than home to the Ice Cream Sundae, it's the perfect place to enjoy the colors and aroma of autumn. Woodland Dunes offers family friendly events like the Enchanted Forest and Owl Fest where you can immerse yourself in nature. Applefest, in downtown Two Rivers, allows you to browse vendors for crafts and fall decorations, while tasting sweet apple treats and other great food. Visit Point Beach State Forest for a Fall Festival that includes a visit with Smokey the Bear, or on Halloween night enjoy a bonfire on the beach and scary stories during the Spooky Spectacular.
