Greetings!
On behalf of Wisconsin's Harbor Towns we'd like to wish you a happy National Travel & Tourism Week! This week, destinations across the nation will celebrate the importance of tourism and its positive impact on our local economies. Tourism in America - and Wisconsin - supports businesses, creates jobs, and generates tax revenues for state and local municipalities. Tourism makes our cities, villages and towns better places to live, work and visit. So we'd like to thank YOU - our visitor - for making all this possible. Thank you for visiting our Lake Michigan and Lake Superior communities. Thank you for frequenting our unique shops, restaurants, and attractions. Thank you for attending our festivals, fairs and special events. Thank you for allowing us do what we love... deliver great Wisconsin vacations on our Great Lakes! We hope you'll visit us again soon!
Here's just a sampling of some friendly Wisconsin communities ready to welcome you this month and all year-round!
Sincerely, Wisconsin Harbor Towns Association

MANITOWOC | |
Summer Coasting
Visit Manitowoc for great family fun all summer long. The Memorial Day Parade kicks things off and includes an Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social at our Heritage Center. In June, things really heat-up with Thunder on the Lakeshore Airshow and Balloon Glow. During the Cool City Classic Car Cruise, you will see over 400 classic and antique cars along the coast.
Our Fourth of July celebration, with a parade and fireworks over the lake, is always special. And in August we celebrate our agricultural past and future at the Manitowoc County Fair. In September we're out of this world while commemorating a chunk of Russian space debris at Sputnikfest. More about Manitowoc.
