BELGIUM (COUNTRYWIDE) - Belgian authorities have imposed controls on road, rail and air arrivals from France. Heightened security measures, including police checkpoints and random identification checks, have been implemented at all transportation hubs. Belgian authorities have stated that the increase in security measures is a precautionary response to coordinated armed attacks in France's capital, Paris, on 13 November which has left more than 127 people dead. Although not in response to any specific threat, the increased security measures are likely to cause travel disruptions to transport services.

Amid the heightened security measures, clients travelling to Belgium from France are advised to anticipate and plan for possible travel delays.
