PARIS (Update) - CNN affiliate BFMTV in France reported that gunmen were still at large after coordinated attacks rocked Paris Friday evening, according to French officials. French media reported that five suspected attackers have been "neutralized," the Paris prosecutor's office said. Terrorists -- some with AK-47s, some reportedly with bombs strapped to them -- attacked sites throughout the French capital and at the stadium where the soccer match was underway. More than 150 people have been killed, according to French officials. 

UNITED STATES (NEW YORK) - Heightened security measures have been implemented in New York City, located in the US state of New York, on 13 November. The counter-terrorism unit has been deployed to crowed areas around the city and at French government locations. US authorities have stated that the increase in security measures is a precautionary response to coordinated armed attacks in France's capital, Paris, on 13 November which has left more than 150 people dead. Although not in response to any specific threat, the increased security measures are likely to cause travel disruptions in the aforementioned locales. Amid the heightened security measures, clients in New York are advised to exercise caution in the vicinity of government buildings, security installations, major transport hubs, French government locations, high-profile hotels and crowded public areas. Any suspicious activity and/or packages should be reported to the authorities immediately.
 
PARIS (HOTEL) -The German football team were evacuated from a hotel in Paris following a bomb threat - just hours before a mass shooting left scores dead in the city.  German football team reveal Paris bomb scare in hotel just HOURS before terror attacks. Manager Oliver Bierhoff has confirmed the national team has been forced to leave after the alarm was raised. The establishment was cleared of its guests after the hotel received a tip-off in an anonymous phone call, according to French newspaper Le Parisien. The exclusive Molitor hotel in the French capital's 16th arrondissement was searched with special force police dogs, but it is not known if anything suspicious was found. Hours later loud blasts were heard during the match, believed to be made by a suicide bomber just outside the stadium.
