FRANCE (PARIS) - UPDATE - At least 60 people are dead after several terror attacks across Paris on Friday evening.  French media say at least 15 people have been killed near the Bataclan theatre. A hostage taking is underway, with reports of up to 60 held. Hostage-takers threatening to kill hostages. The Bataclan is around 200 metres from the former offices of Charlie Hebdo which were attacked by jihadists in January. One man opened fire at a restaurant in the 11th district, causing several casualties.
Three explosions reported outside a bar near the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, west of Paris. Police have currently sealed off the areas and are investigating. Paris is going into lockdown with curfew issued. Paris Mayor urges Parisians to stay indoors. The French President declares a state of emergency in the country and is implementing major security measures by closing all the French borders.
