"Both abundance and lack exist
simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities.
It is always our conscious choice
which secret garden we will tend."
~Sarah Ban Breathnach~

Whenever I harvest vegetables from our garden, I am reminded of the abundant world we live in. This time of year, as you can see from the picture I just took, my basket is full of tomatoes, okra and beans.

Whatever lack may be in your life right now--whether you're searching for a job or more clients, a joyful relationship or better health--it helps to keep things in perspective. Consider these prosperity practices:

  • Watch what you're saying and thinking. Acclaimed minister Eric Butterworth wrote in Spiritual Economics, "Make a commitment to get yourself and keep yourself in the positive stream of life. Refuse to indulge in casual conversation about the bad economy, the high cost of living, or about anything you don't want to say yes to. Eliminate such thoughts as 'I can't,' 'I'm afraid,' and 'There is not enough' from your consciousness. Talk about the things you want to see live and grow. Keep your thoughts centered in the ideas of abundance, self-sufficiency, and well-being."
  • Watch who you spend time with. Surround yourself with people who "think big," are supportive, and have already achieved many of your dreams.
  • Watch what you watch. For me, a bountiful garden or field of colorful wildflowers always reminds me that there's more than enough. What are your signs of abundance?

Have You Heard What They're Saying?

"Our employees often ask for help to improve their work-life balance. They want to be more productive while they're here and also enjoy their time away from the office.
Through 'Work-Life Balance Wisdom,' Tricia Molloy showed us the why, what and how of balance. Her heartfelt stories and insightful strategies resonated with everyone. Since then, they have shared with me how they applied what they learned-like letting go of unnecessary obligations, using positive self talk and being more present. It all makes sense!"

Reconnect, Reflect, Rejuvenate...You Deserve It!
If you're a woman who lives in the Atlanta area or can make a trip here, you're invited to join me for a special women's retreat on October 23 - 25 at the beautiful Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia.

Between the heat of summer and the frantic demands of the holidays, there is no better time to take time for yourself. As the leaves turn, the nights get longer and the days get cooler, we get the opportunity to reflect on who we are and where we're going.

Walk through the woods. Meditate at the lake. Sit on your balcony as you write in your journal and take a moment to enjoy the beauty of an autumn sunset over the gardens.

No hustle. No bustle. Just a weekend for you to reconnect, reflect and rejuvenate in the beauty of nature and the company of other women there for the same reason.

I'll share the stage with a great group of women as I show you how to enjoy more balance in your life. It's the perfect way to prepare for your best year yet in 2016. I hope to see you there!
