NAIBA continues its tradition of service to the booksellers in the central, northern and western parts of New York with the Trunk Show, a relaxing day of frontlist presentations, authors, and great company.

All are welcome!  
 
Publishers: click here for the form and reserve your display table and sign up for a frontlist presentation.

Booksellers: Email NAIBA and let us know the names of the staff you are sending. 
 
This is a perfect event for frontline booksellers who might not get the chance to attend the Fall Conference or BEA. Publishers present the Fall list in their frontlist presentations, and your staff will be ready to handsell when the time comes.

Our education for the day (at 3:30pm) will be Inventory Control.

We'll explore what to say and how to handle a variety of irksome situations in the bookstore, including showrooming, aggressive customers, and those who use store inventory to copy information.

Fall "Discovery" Conference 2014

NAIBA is looking for authors with upcoming titles (September-March) for NAIBA's Fall "Discovery" Conference. We are looking for authors to be featured at the following programs
  • Friday and Saturday Receptions
  • Saturday and Sunday breakfasts for adult and children's authors
  • Movable Feast on Sunday with 12 featured authors
