Summer 2015

In pursuit of ideas to keep our client relationships strong, we came across this four-point test: 

1. Clients are surprised -- in a good way.
2. They are happier after the experience than they were before.
3. They feel they've received value.
4. They want to tell others about their experience.

These elements of an elevated experience are from Mark Sanborn's book Fred 2.0, and they are how we are measuring our success this summer. Let us know how we are doing!
