Exercise Classes Cancelled for Holidays
All exercise classes offered by the Parkinson Association will be cancelled for the holidays, starting on December 22 and will resume on January 5.
New Time for B.E.A.T. High Intensity Exercise
The Tuesday B.E.A.T. High Intensity Exercise class will now be at 9:30-10:30am located at 1290 Broadway, Suite 520, Denver.
NEW! Parkinson's Support Group in Broomfield
2nd Friday of every OTHER month at 10:30am
Broomfield Community Center, 280 Spader Way
All exercise classes have a fee associated with them and require a waiver.

Colfax Marathon - Register Today!

The 10th Annual Colfax Marathon is quickly approaching! Register before December 31st to receive low holiday pricing and a FREE run shirt! Don't forget that you can run to raise funds and awareness for the Parkinson Association by signing up as a charity partner during registration.

Clinical Research in Colorado
Study in Parkinson's disease of Exercise (SPARX)
Research study aimed to explore the effects of different doses of endurance exercise in people with Parkinson's disease.
You may qualify to participate in the study if you:
- Have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and are not yet taking medication
- Do not plan to start medication for Parkinson's within the next 6 months
- Are willing to do aerobic exercise on a treadmill
- Are willing to start exercising immediately or after a delay of 6 months
- Are 40-80 years old
