A Toast of Hope
Thriving with Parkinson's Disease & Essential Tremor

There is still time to RSVP for A Toast of Hope! Join us on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at The Wildlife Experience as we bring in the new year with discussions on how to thrive with PD and ET.

Arrive early and receive free admission to all of The Wildlife Experience exhibits, then sit back and enjoy a discussion with Maureen Hopkins, owner of Altitunes, on the use of music therapy in relation to movement disorders. We will then hear from local experts - Monique Giroux, MD; Adam Hebb, MD; Avi Kurtz, MD; Steve Ojemann, MD and David VanSickle, MD, as they provide updates on Parkinson's and Essential Tremor therapeutic options. Brad Carter; musician, actor and ET patient; will close the program with a lively performance and his personal DBS story.

Early Registration Date Extended to January 31!
We have extended our early registration date to January 31, 2014 and hope that you will join us in beautiful Keystone, Colorado on March 2-4.

Top 5 Reasons to Attend:

1. Don't miss your chance to gain a better understanding of what happens as Parkinson's disease progresses.  This unique, one time only conference brings together a highly distinguished group of doctors and researchers who are working to find the causes and the cure for PD.  These experts will share their knowledge about current science and discoveries in ways you can understand and provide information you can use now.

 2. This may change your life!  Learn new techniques to manage living with the changes brought on by PD.

 3. Is your care partner worried and exhausted?  Find out how care partners can best help those living with PD and what's important for their own well-being.

4. Do you have questions that are sensitive in nature that you have been hesitant to ask your doctor? Attend a forum where you can anonymously ask those questions and receive the experts' answers.

 5. Great information can come from meeting others living with PD.  Learn from their experiences and share yours.
