My name is Vicky Lukasik and I have been working for Mitch Willet and S.B.S. since 12/17/07. I started as a receptionist for S.B.S. Lien Services and handled a variety of tasks at the front desk. After about a year I was promoted to the payment plan department. There I managed a team of 3 and provided customer service to homeowners and clients. My days were always busy and exciting. I took pride in assisting both the clients and homeowners in resolving the debt issue.
In October of 2013, I began managing S.B.S.'s sister company Platinum Real Estate Network, Inc. As a surprise to Mitch, I took the necessary steps to become a Realtor. After several long school nights, I became a licensed agent in 2014.
In my current position at Platinum, I manage all of the assets. I perform everything from handling occupancy checks to escrow as well as eviction proceedings. Platinum handles all of our client's post foreclosure needs: Evictions, short sales, rentals, repairs and fair market sales.
Platinum and S.B.S. are my home away from home. The staff is not just who I work with but I consider them my family as well. They have been with me through my life's journey and have witnessed my transformation into a successful young woman. I am currently a single mom of 2 boys that I adore. My motto is to always be productive and use each opportunity to the fullest. I always teach my kids that anything and everything is possible. It took me a very long time to believe this as it is easier said than done but definitely obtainable. I was given an opportunity working for S.B.S. when I had financial hardship and no emotional or mental support and turned it into the life that I have now. It has been a lot of hard work but many goals have been reached including the kind of work where clients, friends and families are happy. I am proud and enjoy all my days here at my home away from home.
