Well for 11 years we have always run the Race for Education on the actual date scheduled.  Unfortunately due to the weather this year we had to reschedule the race.  We are sorry for the late call in making the decision but there are many factors to be considered and the best time to make a decision is the actual day there of. 

 

The new date is THIS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16.  The times for running are still the same.  10:30 - 11:30 for Kindergarten thru 3rd grade and 12:15 - 1:15 for 4th thru 8th grade.

Also, we understand that some individuals have not received their mailers yet.  All of the mailers were mailed via bulk mailing on Monday, September 30.  At the present time, we have not received notification from the post office of any problem and do know that they are being received. 

 

Please send a extra snack with your child to school on Wednesday as they might be extra hungry after running the race.
