Race for Education
 

Believe it or not the Race for Education is only one week away, October 11, 2013.
 

We are praying now that The Lord would give us a wonderful weather day, like the past few have been, and a fabulous time running. If you can help us in anyway with the Race for Education we would love for you to join us.

K-3rd - 10:30-11:30

4th-8th - 12:15-1:15

All School Dinner
      

Well were you able to join us this past Friday, September 27th for our annual All School Dinner??  If you did... you know that Lisa Thomas and her team did a great job preparing Baked Ziti, Spaghetti, meatballs in sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread (which was amazing!) and the new item this year Italian Water Ice.
 

If you couldn't because of schedule conflict we understand, you were missed and you missed some great food and fellowship.
 

Thanks again to Lisa and all those who helped her put on a great evening for the rest of us! 

Lunch Order Reminders - please read so your order won't get returned
      

Lunch Orders will not be accepted if....

  • Sibling orders are recorded on the same order form.
  • You have combined Hot Dogs, Fundraiser and/or Hot Lunch monies together.
  • You submit a hand written order on scrap paper/envelope.  Orders must be submitted on a printed lunch order form.
     

We ask that you take the extra step to put your order form and monies in a separate labeled envelope. Clearly marked...Hot Lunch or Hot Dogs or Fundraiser.   (do not combine all types of orders in one envelope)

   

While we understand it is inconvenient to write 3 separate checks for each of these programs, we thank you for being understanding as each of these are funding different areas and thus the need to keep the paperwork and monies separate for each.

Class Photos for Sale
      
If your child got their photo taken on picture day, but you did not wish to order a package, you can still purchase a class photo from the office for $5.00/each.

We offer sincere thanks to all our school parents who faithfully submit their financial payments in a timely manner each month.  ODCA's faculty and staff are appreciative!
 
Just a reminder: Policy mandates late fees for non-timely payments and/or non-payment. Please review your copy of your tuition/music agreement. Also pay special attention to the "regulations for financial accounts" insert which was included in your enrollment packet
 
Report cards will be held if tuition, music lesson/rental, before/after school care, library accounts are not current.
