Dear Members,

It is with a very heavy heart and our deepest sympathy to Denise and all their family, that Helen and I inform you of the passing of our beloved friend and Past International President Kay Fukushima, who passed last night.  PIP Kay was also an Honorary Member of the Millbrae Lions Club, and he will be sorely missed by this Club, who loved and respected him greatly.

At this writing, we have no knowledge of services yet, but will try to update when we know. Words cannot express our sadness at this time on losing our dear, dear friend and member of my Council of Governors for District 4-C4.

God rest his soul, and may he rest in peace.  May God ease the pain and help Denise and family over this great loss of a very wonderful husband, family man, and friend to so many.

In deepest sympathy,

Dear Governors,

With great sadness I write to tell you that PIP Kay passed away yesterday afternoon. He was a leader among leaders and so very passionate about our organization and our Lions. We have lost a great Lion.

At this time we are requesting no calls to Denise, but please keep she and their family in your prayers as they struggle with their loss.

As information becomes availble about PIP Kay's memorial service I will get that information out to you.If you have any questions, please contact me.
