"Blood Moon"
Tetrad
In a lunar eclipse the moon appears red, like blood. The Prophet Joel connected this with the end times in
Joel 2:30-31.
Periodically a "Tetrad" occurs, with four blood moons in a row, astoundingly on the very times of the biblical feasts of Passover and Booths.
This is occurring in 2014 and 2015. It has happened only three other times in the last 500 years: 1493-1494, 1949-1950 and
1967-1968, all times of cataclysmic events for the Jewish people.

WHAT IS A LULAV?
It is one of the Four Species used during the Jewish holiday of Sukkot. The other Species are the hadass (myrtle), aravah (willow), and etrog (citron). When bound together, the lulav, hadass, and aravah are commonly referred
to as "the lulav".

Celebrating the Fall Feasts

 We have entered the New Hebrew year 5775! Happy New Year! The Feasts of the Lord are His "Appointed" times. The Feasts are a time that God asks us to set aside for Him (Exodus 23).
Feasts Times are the "The Cycles of God." An appointment with God in order for a people to receive His key to increase and blessing!
During these times God wants to meet with you and accomplish spiritual transactions to set your path of favor for the year ahead.
By meeting with God in His yearly Cycle of Life, Satan's stragedy against you are cut off, and you begin to live 'in sync' with God's timing.
The times that we gathered over the last week at Kingdom Rain, the Spirit of the Lord intensified in His Presence. Making Himself known to us.
Rosh Hashana the Feast of Trumpets was last week and began on September 24 at sun down and ended on September 25 at sun down.
However we are now in the 10 Days of Awe also known as "Teshuvah." THE COUNTDOWN TO GLORY! These are Days to "Turn and Return to God." 
We are in Day 6 of the 10 Days. Take Time to spend with the Lord in intimacy for specific revelation that will be revealed by His Holy Spirit to you.
The Days of Awe are preparing us to Celebrate the next Feast Day, "Atonement". Yom Kippur! It will begin at Sundown on Friday, Oct 3 and go into Saturday, Oct 4.
 This is a 24 hour Feast of Fasting. The only "Fasting" feast. We then have a 5 day period between Day of Atonement and THEN on Wednesday, Oct 8 at sundown, we will be celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles, " Sukkot" This is a 7 day FEAST of Hosting the Presence of God. The time of the Glory of God revealed! (see article below.)

Day of Atonement ~ October 4, 2014

Leviticus 23:27-28 "The tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement...when atonement is made for you before the LORD..."
Leviticus 16:5-34 "Take two goats...and present them before the LORD... Cast lots for the two goats, one lot for the LORD and the other lot for the scapegoat... Slaughter the goat of the sin offering and bring its blood inside the veil, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat... Aaron shall lay his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the sons of Israel... and he shall lay them on the head of the goat and send it away..."
The Day of Atonement is a day to REPENT and be RESTORED. It's a time to deal with anything in your life that would hinder fellowship with a holy God. It's a time to receive a fresh anointing of the LIFE of God. 
Importance of the Day of Atonement
The Day of Atonement is the HOLIEST day of the year. The word "Holy" means, "set apart, special; unlike any other." The Day of Atonement is the most "special day of the year. It's a day appointed by God for a very important purpose.
Unlike the other "appointed times" in God's calendar, the Day of Atonement is not a FEAST, but a FAST! The Day of Atonement is not a day to rejoice and celebrate. It's a day to humble
yourself before God by fasting.
It was REQUIRED of all Israel to observe the Day of Atonement. This was not an optional observance. God took this day very seriously. Another thing to note about the Day of Atonement is that it was designated a lasting ordinance for all generations. Four times God specifically tells us that this is not a temporary ordinance. The coming of Jesus fulfilled this ordinance, Jesus opened it to all who believe and FILLED it with fresh significance. This observance was designed by God to bless His people in all generations! God desires that we experience His atonement afresh every year.

The Feast of Tabernacles

The Feast of Tabernacles - "Celebrating God's GLORY!"

Exodus 40:33-35 "The glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. Moses could not enter...because the cloud had settled upon it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle."
John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh and TABERNACLED among us, and we beheld His GLORY."
The climax of God's cycle of blessing is the Feast of Tabernacles. Tabernacles, or sukkot, is an appointed time to come boldly into His presence, knowing that every hindrance is removed. It's a time to experience God's glory and joyfully fellowship with Him!
What is the Feast of Tabernacles?
Leviticus 23:34-43 gives instructions for celebrating this feast. God instructs the people to go out into the countryside and cut down palm fronds, leafy branches and poplars. They were to bring these branches back to their homes and build tabernacles, or temporary shelters. In Hebrew, the word for a temporary shelter is sukkah. Sukkot (the plural of Sukkah) is the Hebrew name for this feast. 
They were to feast in these shelters for an entire week and rejoice before the LORD!
God instructed them in Exodus 25:8 "Live in tabernacles for seven days...so your descendants will know that I had Israelites live in tabernacles when I brought them out of Egypt." When God's people came out of Egypt they lived in tabernacles (sukkot). God told them to build a tabernacle for Him also, so His glory could come down and dwell in their midst.
The Feast of Tabernacles celebrated God's glory living with His people as they dwelt in tabernacles!
Celebrating His Glory
The Feast of Tabernacles is a celebration of God's glory. It's a time to remember past experiences of His glory. It's a time to seek His face and experience His glory now. It's a time to call out to God for a fresh outpouring of His glory in the new year.
 One week a year God asks His people to tabernacle with Him. God promised a special blessing for those who would do this. Tabernacles is a time to enjoy the Lord. It is a time to celebrate God's goodness. Leviticus 23:40 says, "Rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days." Deuteronomy 16:14-15 says, "Be joyful at your feast for the Lord your God will bless you and your joy will be complete."
Part of celebrating Tabernacles is to bring an offering as an expression of thanks to God. Deuteronomy 16:16-17 says, "No man should appear before the LORD empty-handed: Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to the way the LORD God has blessed you." When we express our thankfulness in giving, it opens our heart to receive even more.
Tabernacles is a time to celebrate the fact that God tabernacles with His people. He wants His glory to be a normal part of our experience. He tabernacles with Israel in the wilderness. He tabernacles on earth in Jesus and He continues to tabernacle with us today through His Spirit!
As you celebrate Tabernacles, call out to God for His glory to come and dwell with you. Here are some ways to celebrate Tabernacles: Stop and have some call out to God for his glory to come
and dwell w/us.
- Set aside time to "tabernacle with God.
- Find times to meet with Him.
- Spend relaxed times in His Word.
- Get together with family and friends.
- Share testimonies of His goodness.
- Eat your favorite foods.
- Thank Him for His blessings.
- And especially if you have children, build a Sukkah (a tabernacle, or temporary shelter).
Nehemiah 8:15-17 says, "Go out into the hills and bring back branches from olive and wild olive trees, from myrtles, palms and shade trees to make sukkahs ... So the people went out and brought back branches and built sukkahs on their roofs and in their court-yards... The whole company built sukkahs... and their joy was very great."

What is a "Sukkah?"
|
A sukkah is any kind of temporary shelter: it can be a tent, a lean-to, etc. It can be made of branches, fabric, wood, or other material, but it must be temporary. The sukkah is designed to picture Israel living in temporary shelters when they left Egypt. It also pictures God coming down and dwelling in a temporary shelter with them.
Originally, God told Israel to live in sukkahs the entire week of Tabernacles. Today, many simply spend some time each day in the sukkah, perhaps to eat a meal together as a family.

The celebration of Tabernacles offers a wonderful way to teach children what God has done. Children love to make tents. Can you imagine how excited your kids would be to learn that God has set aside a special time for your whole family to make a tent? God wants you to "make a tent" and use it to teach your children about how God rescued Israel, and how His glory came down and lived with them. (Picture: 2013 Erica Antwiler, Texas)
In your sukkah you should include three things:
REMEMBER that God TABERNACLES with His people.
ENJOY the FUN of celebration with God.
ANTICIPATE God's glory. Ask God to tabernacle with you. Expect His presence to visit you as you seek Him!

The season of war. A Time to Watch and See!
WAKE UP! Sound the Alarm! Blow the Trumpets!

We entered the Hebrew Year of 5775 with great joy and celebration! Awakened to the Appointed time of the Lord upon the Earth. As we gathered corporately together at Kingdom Rain, the Holy Spirit of God fell.  Exuberant dancing and rejoicing to the Lord for He is good began to spring forth.God is awakening the spirit man in you! We asked the Lord,
"Is there anything in our lives that would hinder Your assignment on the earth?"
We received an apple as a sign and an opportunity to Taste and See that the Lord is Good. We were blessed with a "Kingdom War Pen and Kingdom War Book" to write and make known our petitions and desires to God, to record the promises and the revelations of God.
As you remember and as you remind God, He is recording it in heaven and it becomes your book of war. It is a combustible moment of time where heaven and earth are pulling together
unlocking the seeds of God on the earth.
Many received "Healing", many received "the Joy of the Lord", many received "Revelation" from the Holy Spirit and together we are ready for war. God's war against the enemy as Jesus, Himself, through a people will make Himself known.
Today is the Day! It is NOW TIME! No more Delay

The Year 5775: The Year of Advance

For returning readers, the first part of this post is a rehearsal of prior research.]
Sundown on Wednesday, September 24 marks the beginning of Rosh Hashanah or Jewish New Year. For the Jewish community, this is a time of reflection, purification and hopeful contemplation of the future. Not unlike our Western New Year's celebrations, Rosh Hashanah is a time of recapping or regrouping in order to strategically move forward.
For the past month, I've heard the following declaration in my spirit. "God is on the advance." Knowing this was somehow relative to the word for the year 5775, I could not wait to delve into the research you are about to read. While synthesizing the information, crystal clarity came on just how He will move in the days ahead. Prepare yourself for what will be a year of reorientation and permutation.
Shall we begin?
Remember, the Hebrew alphabet doubles as numbers giving each character a numerical value. Since each Hebrew character possesses a pictorial meaning as well, there are layers of richness to each letter/number. Dates also paint a picture, revealing the Creator's design for that particular year. Ayin hey means "75" in Hebrew - Ayin meaning 70 and hey, 5.

HOPE

I grew up in the church like many kids. But I went through the motions. I thought I loved God. I mean, I went to EVERY church event. I was highly involved in Youth. I sang all the songs. And I believed in God. That meant I loved Him, right? WRONG.
At 13 years old, a bitterness started forming in my heart. Bitterness that my family was in ministry and wasn't like normal families. I didn't deal with it because I thought it was wrong to have those feelings. So I ignored them.
They only got worse. When my basketball captain was killed by someone driving under the influence in a car accident, when I hurt my ankle in basketball and could no longer bear the pain anymore - I couldn't even walk - playing ball was out of the question, when my youth pastor left my youth group to go to another, and then when my family said we were leaving our church to go start a new church... All within a time span of 3 months. I was mad at God. He's God of the universe, He can take me being mad at him.
I did not deal with any of it. At 15 years old, that is a lot to handle. So as the bitterness grew in me, I continued to be the obedient good child and suppress it. At 18, I finally dealt with it. But only on a surface level.
I forgave God. But I was still angry. Still trying to figure out what hope meant to me. My entire world had come crashing down in 3 months, and God wanted me to trust Him just like that?? HA. JOKES.
When I was at school at OSU, I began to be about a different lifestyle. I started going to parties. I was finding my worth in what guys said about me. And that's just the basic overview. It was a terrible choice, but I didn't know I was searching for something. I didn't know that I was searching for God. I thought I already had Him.
At 21, I experienced a heartbreak that was hard to swallow. I had been dating a boy I thought I was going to marry and it was revealed to me that there were some things going on that I knew I couldn't go forward into a marriage with him. My hope had been in getting married and partnering with one for life. I was so close to achieving my "dream" of being loved and cherished. And then it all fell flat. And so did I.
HOPE
What is hope? A wish? A dream? A far off thought of something we want to happen?
NO! In biblical usage, hope is an indication of certainty. "Hope" in Scripture means "a strong and confident expectation." Though archaic today in modern terms, hope is akin to trust and a confident expectation in that trust.
In my life, I found myself constantly putting a worldly spin on hope. I thought it meant a wish. I hoped I would make good grades. I hoped the morning alarm for school would not be so early. I hoped I would find the one God has for me. But after what I experienced, I have learned that I was really just wishing for it. I didn't actually sit with EXPECTED ASSURANCE that these things were going to happen.
Hebrews 6:19 says "We have this hope as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain."
This is the hope that is taking me into the throne room! This is the hope that is taking me beyond the veil INTO the holy of holies. That hope is not a distant wish. It is here and it is now. I am expectant that I will experience God every day. I hope that I will have an encounter with Jesus daily. I don't put it in the same category as never neverland and wishing upon a star. IT IS REAL.
How many of you know what an anchor is used for? It's used to keep ships from drifting, right? It's heavy isn't it?  So if the anchor hits the bottom of the ocean, its not any good to me unless it's anchored on a rock, right? Christ is my solid rock. I am anchored on him. It is my hope that anchors me there. My expected assurance in Christ's love for me is what anchors me to Christ.
How many of you know that when you accept Jesus into your life, you become a child of God?
So with being a child of God, doesn't that mean that I supernaturally have a birthright to everything my heavenly father has? His DNA now supernaturally flows in my veins. It's in every fiber of my being. There has been a supernatural blood transfusion that took place the moment I asked Jesus into my life.  As that child of God, I know that God has commissioned me to walk out the fullness of who He is here on the earth. I am His ambassador. I am the representation of God on the Earth. I am the representation of God and His love to all those I come in contact with. It's that simple. But I also know there is so much more than that.
I am a child of God. Heiress to the throne of Heaven. And I'm still allowing Satan to kick me around in the dirt and stomp on me? What is that?
The only one who doesn't know my full potential is me. God knows who He created me to be, Satan knows who he's up against, but I DON'T know the power I have in me. The very power that raised Jesus from the dead is ALIVE in me! And we all sit here and take the beating from Satan because we don't know that we can literally crush him under our feet.
Romans 8:22 -24 "For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoptions as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees?"
ALL of creation groans for the sons and daughters of God to take
their place. That's you and me! Satan wants nothing more than to
keep you from taking back your rightful throne.
That's why He's kicking us around!
Hebrew 11:1 "Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see."
Our entire faith is tied into hope. Its tied into the expected assurance that God will show up and be God. My friend Darian has said "prayer is an extension of our faith." If prayer is the extension of our faith, and hope is the base of our faith - do you see how vital this hope thing is? When our hope isn't in God, and who He says He is, and in who He says I am - then it leaves the door open for my hope to be deferred. Or to be set back on the back burner.
Proverbs 13:12 says "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing (hope) fulfilled is a tree of life."
Hope brings life. Because Christ brings life. And He
brings life abundantly.
So here is what we know:
- I am a child of God, therefore I have a birthright
- Hope is expected assurance that something will happen (it is GOING to happen!)
- Satan does not want me to know my power as a child of God
- Hope is the very foundation of my faith in Christ
Our entire relationship with Christ is riding on the fact that our hope (expected assurance) is that He will show up in our lives. I don't just kinda wish Jesus is coming back to reclaim the earth. I have hope that He IS. Because He said He would. I have no reason to doubt that. I have no reason to doubt that He said we would do far greater works than Jesus.
He said it. So either I believe it, or I don't. Either I believe that His has a plan for me, or that He doesn't. I either believe Jesus is the Son of God who died on the earth and rose again, or I do not. There is no halfway on this. Either I have a solid foundation of hope, or I don't.

It is time to be "Activated" into the Kingdom of God! A team will help you to see that God created you on purpose for a purpose. What is the purpose? How does the purpose express itself in vision and mission? How do you fit into the Body of Christ to Advance the Kingdom of God?
 The Holy Spirit will lead you to "Discover" your spiritual gifts, "Develop" by "forgetting what is behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead", "Vision" through creating a shield of who and what you represent in order to unveil your identity in a "Mission" Statement. God has been speaking to you from the day you were born about your identity. Life has taken you through paths with many circumstances and situations in order to "reveal" who you are and who God is through you.
This is a 'hands' on' training to experience God's Holy Spirit teaching you to walk out His plan and purpose. Led by Kingdom Rain Apostolic Team.
