2014 ALERT Annual Conference: 

   
  The location of our Annual Conference in September will be at the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown Columbus, Ohio. The specifics of the training components can be found on the ALERT Conference website. As soon as the program has been finalized it will be published on the ALERT International website. So check the website frequently.
  
   There will be an entire day of training conducted at Mid-Ohio Driving facility.  Conference presentations will consist of current trends and technology that have an impact on safe operations of our patrol vehicles and the way training is presented. 
  
   Conference Registration will begin on Monday, May 5, 2014.  You can register for the Conference at www.alertconference.org under Register.  If you are a Vendor there is additional information listed for you.  Vendors need to use the Vendor Registration process not the Conference Registration. Hotel Registration can be located at www.alertconference.org underHotel.

 

Get a Year's Membership or Attend Conference Free:

 

   TheTwo for One (2-4-1) ALERT International Membership Campaign is currently on going.  Invite and have two individuals to sign up and pay annual membership and you will recieve a year's FREE membership.  Be the person who gets the most new members to pay their year's membership fee and receive FREE enrollment to this year's Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio.

Bruce Cabral Memorial Scholarship:

 

   In honor of Past President Bruce Cabral ALERT International every year provides two scholarships of at least $300.00 each to graduating senior of a current member of ALERT.  Applications must be submitted no later than August 1, 2014.  Contact President Liebno if you have any questions concerning the Bruce Cabral Memorial Scholarship.

A.L.E.R.T. Additionally, A.L.E.R.T.'s mission is to provide assistance to states in establishing effective and defensible standards for employment and training of law enforcement officers in the field of emergency vehicle operations.
