January 2014
Newsletter
I trust that all of you had a wonderful holiday season and 2014 is off to a great start.  I am happy to announce that I have already reached some of my business goals for 2014...one was to add an associate to my Cruise Planners Business.  Not only did I do that but I added two new associates! They will be building their own travel clientele while I guide them in learning the tricks of the trade.  I wish them both much success and hope that their clients are as wonderful as mine.  My second goal is to increase my business and, thanks to all of you, I am off to an incredible start. I so appreciate your continued business and support.  I do travel for all (not just special needs) and a referral is the best compliment I can receive.

ACCESSIBLE  EUROPEAN

RIVER BOAT

Believe it or not, there are two opportunities for you to cruise on the only fully accessible River Boat in Europe!

Ms Alegria will navigate the beautiful & charming Dutch canals and waterways for eight days departing Rotterdam April 22 - 30, 2014.  Fly round-trip Amsterdam. Many of you have been asking about this type of trip and now it is possible!
A second River Boat trip is available on the Romantic Rhine, round trip Cologne May 14 - 21, 2014.  All shore excursions will be fully accessible.
Accessible staterooms have large bathrooms with roll-in shower, very sturdy fold down shower seat, and all the other amenities you will need. Most rooms are twin bedded but a few have a queen size bed.

Whatever your level of mobility, you'll feel comfortable on board the Alegria. With three lifts serving all decks of the ship, the Alegria is one of the few river cruise vessels that offers complete accessibility for all. There's also a choice of cabins designed with less mobile passengers in mind.

Please call or email for specific information and pricing.

Disney Dream

Making Dreams Come True

on the High Seas

Families with young children will certainly love Disney Cruise Lines. Disney is definitely "All About the Kids"!  That said, there are Adults Only areas including a pool and nightclub areas where adults can escape and enjoy some quiet time.

I was a little disappointed that my accessible cabin, while well appointed, was quite a distance from the elevator and I found the corridors to be too narrow to negotiate in a wheelchair or scooter if the laundry carts were out.  I also thought the Cabanas Buffet was very tight and crowded to get around easily in a mobility device.

Disney does do a great job with guests having special needs and to find out exactly what is offered, please go to  http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/ships-activities/ships/services/guests-with-disabilities/

Easy Access Travel is available to speak to your organization or support group if geographically feasible.  Please contact us for more information.
