CAMP RECIPE OF THE WEEK-
CAMPFIRE ORANGE CAKES

Directions:
  1. Cut the tops off your oranges and scoop the fruit out with a spoon (set aside both the orange tops for later use and some of the fruit to serve with your cake)
  2. Mix up instant cake mix in your coffee pot or billy tin
  3. Fill each orange up a little more than half way with the cake mix
  4. Replace the orange tops on the oranges and wrap with aluminum foil
  5. Set the oranges in the campfire coals for about 20 minutes

The cake bakes right in the oranges and is very moist with a tinge of orange flavor. If you like icing on your cakes, ensure to bring along some pre-prepared icing from home. If desired you can also serve with some of the reserved fruit.
