Welcome back to Tyler and Lisa Kempton who have returned to the desert from Oregon with a new family: Jake, age five, and Elle, age three. They both bring many years of teaching and program development with them and we are pleased to announce that Tyler will be serving as the Indian Wells Tennis Garden Director of Junior Tennis, while Lisa takes on the role of Coachella Valley National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) Program Director.

Please stop by and bring your kids and/or grandkids to welcome them back and learn more about our upcoming programs and junior tournaments this summer and fall.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden has put on a summer camp with the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition for 16 summers in a row, hosting 40-50 kids on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July. During camp on Thursday, July 16, all-time tennis legends and local former pros Tory Fretz and Rosie Casals presented a donation to the NJTL on behalf of the Tory Fretz and Jackie Cooper Junior Tennis Fund.
