Greetings!
Newton's first law of motion states that a body in motion remains in motion unless it is acted on by an external force. If the body is at rest it remains at rest. Bu tyou dont have to be a physicist to act. Many people feel stuck because they do nothing to get unstuck. They wait around for a miracle, or a knight in shining armour. They beelive successful people ar lucky. They want everythign to be perfect before they stat. They have lots of reasons for not doing something. And so they are stuck.
But they dont see that.
Sincerely,
Jaki Wasike-Sihanya

Act for Change |
The artist Pablo Picasso once said, "Action is the foundational key to all success." You have to do something to achieve anything. Yet, an amazing number of people don't do anything, even when their lives are not going the way they would like. They don't act on feedback, or instinct, or even circumstances. They don't even do the minimum to get moving in the direction they would like. I am talking about action, and how it is a critical factor for success, however you define it. Action is something done or accomplished. It is organised activity to accomplish an objective. It is habit or energy applied to achieve an end. It is conscious behaviour or conduct. Action leads to movement. Action causes change. You cannot change your life without action.
And, to borrow from Physics, Newton's first law of motion states that a body in motion remains in motion unless it is acted on by an external force. If the body is at rest it remains at rest". If it is not your intention to stay where you are then you better do something, or behave a certain way, or think a certain way. Starting increases your chances of sticking with it, continuing reinforces the action, behavior or mindset further, to increase your chances of achieving the change you want.
Here are some examples of how people 'don't do' and so remain stuck in a life they don't like:
- You ask for help but don't play your part, especially if your perception is challenged.
- You wait for someone you need something from to contact you, instead of reaching out to them.
- You dismiss ideas for change without trying
- You decide that other people's success is 'just good luck' so you don't emulate them at all.
- You don't build relationships.
- You don't admit it when you don't know.
- You believe that anyone who criticizes or challenges you is jealous.
- You don't see yourself as part of the problem.
- You expect perfection at first try, and if it doesn't happen you don't try again.
- You approach new ideas with a list of why they won't work and leave it at that.
Do you recognize any of these examples? Do something about it starting today.
