October 17, 2016. Each word I pray to you Lord, will be heard because you listen to the words and voices of your children. You are my God, my Savior and my Master. October 17, 2016. I have given you wisdom. You came to Me and My word and asked. My wisdom goes somewhat against reason and also against what you feel. Do not let your emotions get in the ascendancy of what I have said. Keep your center cool. Follow what I say step-by-step. Don't let worry keep you awake. Yes, tell Me how you feel. I know already, but it is good for you to express it. Understanding will come.

October 17, 2016. You see things from a mathematical perspective in many situations. Consider that you are a numbers person. You notice numbers lining up on a digital clock and also when you are filling up your automobile with gasoline. You find yourself counting in all kinds of situations and wonder about the significance. Consider how many times you are instructed to forgive others of perceived trespasses against you. Learn to forgive others while counting your blessings.

Matthew 18:21-22 (NLT) "Then Peter came to him and asked, "Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?" "No, not seven times," Jesus replied, "but seventy times seven!" Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

These beautiful children are some of the 900 children FCM sponsors in the Philippines with the help of Partners, Sponsors and Friends. They come from very poor families and without the help of their sponsors, they would not be able to go to school and would repeat the cycle of poverty.

Their pastor, Paula Madelozo (far left), with the help of her daughter Rizza, take wonderful care of the children in this group. Below are awards they received for the 1st quarter grading period. We are very proud of these children who have worked hard to earn these rewards. They have determined that poverty will not keep them from being successful and that a good education is their escape from poverty. Congratulations scholars!

Jean - Honor student with an average of 90 and award for being "Most Cooperative."

Jenelyn - Honor student with an average of 90 and award for being "Most Diligent."

John - Honor student with an average of 92.

Marcellie - Honor student with an average of 94. Called "Little teacher." Awards for perfect attendance and being industrious.

Juvy - Honor student with an average of 92. Sports award

Joey Jay- Award for being industrious and being "Most Punctual."

Andrea Mae - Honor student with average of 92.

Mae - Honor student with average of 91and award for "Most behaved."

Narciso - Noted as most active and participative.

Stephanie - Noted as most helpful and obedient.

Christmas is coming soon. We want to provide Christmas parties for all the sponsored children, their siblings and others from extremely poor homes. The children will receive a gift, extra food and will hear the true, biblical story of Jesus.

We need your help. If a lot of us give a little, then together we can bless many children. I can't think of a better way to honor our Lord Jesus at Christmas than this.

Would you consider including these children in your Christmas giving? We need to receive your donations for Christmas before Thanksgiving so we can get the money to the overseeing pastors in time for them to buy everything needed.
