October 3, 2016. In 2001 God called me to minister to orphans and widows. Standing before me at the time were at least 100 children living on a large city dumpsite. When I looked into their eyes and perused the rest of their body and clothes, a tear formed in my eye with me trying to hide it. God told me, "You will spend the rest of your life taking care of and advocating for them."

October 3, 2016. It is time to get things right. You have thought about it. You have prayed about it. You weren't sure and still aren't sure exactly what you should do or how you should do it. But you know you must do it. There will be the right time. I am setting up events. You will know when the time comes. Don't worry you will do this right. Especially don't worry how it is received. Just do it.

October 3, 2016. Visualize God being like a motor and transmission of an automobile. God, in all His glory has all the mechanical functions of your life lined up to get you going in the right direction. Allow God to be the mechanism by which His power is transmitted from His engine to the wheels of your life. Let His design and process be a smooth transmission of sequential motion to get your mission and/or ministry going efficiently and effectively.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines
 Christmas is coming soon! In past years, we have been so blessed that you have made it possible to be a blessing to hundreds of very poor children and their families.
The gifts of food and gifts you have made possible have brought tears of joy and expressions of thanksgiving. Some children received a gift for the first time in their lives, never having received a gift for any reason -- Christmas, birthday or any other reason. Teenage girls cried when receiving brand new bath towels because they never had their own towel. The whole household was using one threadbare towel. Other popular gifts include clothing and shoes, blankets and sleeping mats. An elderly grandmother who is very poor, but does the best she can to care for several grandchildren, was not expecting to receive a gift. When she did, she cried because she had never received a Christmas gift before.
It is not too early to give to provide Christmas for the children. We need to receive your Christmas contributions by Thanksgiving so we can get the money to the pastors the first week of December. It takes a lot of money to provide Christmas for so many children. Thank you for your generosity.
