September 8, 2016. You are facing the battle of a lifetime. When the Hebrews were virtually assured of defeat and destruction, Moses said the Lord would fight the battle for them and encouraged them to hold their peace. The powerful enemy was destroyed in the Red Sea. Who would have thought it or been bold enough to have prophesied it ahead of time? Just as it was then, your powerful enemy will be no more. Face your battle and watch while He fights for you.

September 8, 2016. Treat what has happened just like you do anything of the same nature. Right now all seems lost. It remains to be seen if all will be recovered. You have prayed and bound the works of darkness and are trusting Me fully. I will make something good out of the hard thing that has happened. I know you don't feel that way now, but nevertheless it will happen. Continue trusting Me, knowing all that happens will be good.

September 8, 2016. Be willing to fill in the gap wherever and whenever it is needed. You feel as though you are ill-equipped and unqualified to deal with certain situations that arise from time to time. Stop relying upon your own self to accomplish and fulfill a need when it shows up. Place your complete dependence on Me and the strengths I possess to fill in the gaps. Do this through the simple means of being a yielded vessel used for My honor.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines
Filipino children in prayer and worship. God is doing a powerful work in the lives of children and youth in the Philippines. They desire to live in a nation where the one true God is Lord. They seek Him earnestly, praying for their nation, their families and their friends. Many of the children in this photo are sponsored by you through FCM. Many others desire to be sponsored and pray that God will bless them with a sponsor so they can go to school.
Your gifts to this ministry are changing lives in the Philippines. Over 900 very poor and disadvantaged children and youth are being educated and discipled. Without your help, the children would not be able to finish school. Some would be forced to dig through trash for survival. Some would be recruited by terrorists. Others would become victims of trafficking. Some would die young because of the unhealthy life.
Instead these disadvantaged children, like those pictured above, are being taught to follow Jesus in salvation and being educated to become teachers, nurses, business owners, soldiers and seamen. Some even desire to become lawyers and doctors. All these dreams would be impossible without your help.
Thank you for helping to change these young lives. You may never know the full impact every dollar you send has on them. But you can be sure it makes a difference. You can change a life by sponsoring him or her to get an education or by helping with food to supplement a very meager diet.
