September 2, 2016. Fear (awe) of the Lord should have the effect of making you more spiritually hungry and thirsty. His very words in Scripture are crafted to result in awed respect of each word, paragraph and book of the Bible. His Word (who is Jesus) will make you want more of Him. Jesus so lived in every word from His Father, through the Scriptures, that He grew spiritually very quickly as a young boy and man. He bathed daily in the Scriptures and grew spiritually strong. We should do the same.

Proverbs 1:5-7 (NASB) "A wise man will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel, to understand a proverb and a figure, the words of the wise and their riddles. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction." Ras Robinson

September 2, 2016. I have plans so much better for you than you can dream up for yourself. You're having a hard time believing that I know. Why don't you try Me? Why don't you try and seek what I have planned? You will be amazed and pleased. It will be hard for you to imagine. Don't get on a lower road. Don't rely on those around you to make your decisions. I also have a higher road for them to travel.

September 2, 2016. To whom are you faithful? Have you found particular individuals in whom you can confide and divulge things which are very important to you? Jesus did. He selected His disciples and walked very close with them. Among those men, He chose three with whom He could share even more intimately. Search high and low to find people who are trustworthy with matters of the heart. Ask Jesus to reveal those individuals with whom you can walk daily.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Your gifts to this ministry help to provide food for undernourished children in the Philippines like those pictured here. These children live in very poor conditions. They are happy if they get one good meal a day . Some of them have said they drink a lot of water at night so their stomachs feel full as they go to sleep.

In addition to providing supplemental nutrition to our 900 sponsored children, extra food is given to siblings and hundreds more children who never have enough to eat at home. It often seems like there is more need than provision. Your gifts are such a blessing to the little ones.

You may not be able to physically go to the Philippines and give food the the hundreds of hungry undernourished children, but if you give even a small amount and combine it with others who give a little, together we can make a big difference for hundreds of poor children.

Maybe you are not at a place where you can commit to sponsor a child. Any amount you can send to help with food for the children will be a blessing to them and to you.
