August 8, 2016. A brand new thing from the Lord awaits you. He has big plans for your future to bless and multiply you. The things you have desired to do for mankind on God's behalf are now ready to be activated. He is giving you a road through the wilderness of this world. God is now preparing rivers in the desert to enable you to traverse the sand and terrain of the near impossible journey ahead.

August 8, 2016. Peace is what you're seeking. You would give anything to get it. You want it so badly you cry at night and tears well up in the daytime when you think of your circumstances. You will have the change you need, but right now it isn't happening. You've done what you can do to make it happen, but now it is not up to you. Set your mind hard, like hooking a big fish, on things above.

August 8, 2016. Opportunity is knocking on the door of your heart. Give a hearty yes to what you know is the truth. Your own spirit is bearing witness with the Holy Spirit's gentle yet firm witness of what He hears the Father saying. Much like the words which were spoken by the angel to Mary, do not be afraid of the goodness I am bringing. Don't try to conjure up something Instead, wait patiently for His knocking.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines
This great group of FCM sponsored young people sent this photo and are saying "thank you " for all you do for them. All of them are from very poor homes. Some are orphans. Some lost everything in a recent earthquake and typhoon. Some of them have missed some years in school because of poverty. Without the help of sponsors, these young people would have no chance to escape the poverty. Here are some notes from some of these that God has given us.
Francheska. I am fine and doing good in my studies. I was so busy during Nutrition month at school in which I joined the Nutri quiz competition and I got the 3rd place. In the cooking contest our group only got 5th place because of a lack of effort and cooperation. Jaya Mae. Hi, how are you my dear sponsor. For me, I'm doing good. The month of July was busy with a lot of activities, We had our Acquaintance party and Nutrition month. I joined some activities like Nutri -jingle and modern dance exercise. I don't know really how to dance because I am too shy, but I need to support my team and my additional points to my grades. I was able to get extra points in my grades by my participation. Orlando. Hello everyone. I am fine and blessed after all of what happened in my life (His grandmother who was his guardian died suddenly leaving him and his sisters alone. They are living with the pastors for now.) Praise God that I got high grades in social studies. I'm glad that I am improving. During the Nutrition Month celebration, I joined the bitter gourd eating contest. I don't like the taste because it is so bitter, but I need to join the contest to lift up my team. John Raymund. I am blessed because he cares for me. I am so happy for the result of our examination. I never expected to get a perfect score in Math. It was 40 items on the test. I also joined the Poster Making contest for Nutrition month at school, but I am sorry I was just the 10th placer. Better luck next time.
