June 24, 2016. Heritage is more than your family name. Your earthly family is important and gives you meaning, but when you gave your life to Me you came into a broader family, a much broader family. Your spiritual family members are all over the world... in the jungles, in the mountains, in the deserts, in the big cities. Your earthly family is important, but your spiritual family will extend into eternity. Spend quality time with both families.

June 24, 2016. Beware at all times of counterfeit measures that come from your adversary. Satan is very cunning and astute in his manner of dealing with you. He has studied people for thousands of years and is very aware of his ability of being a thorough imitation of Me, the genuine article. Keep yourself grounded in My word and stay abreast of any signs of fake or phony misguidance of My ways. Pay close attention to the Holy Spirit's gentle truth.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines
 Lyndy Mae is 12 years old. About 4 years ago her mother died in a typhoon that destroyed every house in the region where she lives. Her father left the 4 children with elderly grandparents who were already caring for several other grandchildren. He went to find work but never returned.
The grandparents, too old to work, have very little income and could not send the children to school. With the help of sponsors, some of children are now in school.
Lyndy Mae lives in a very remote area and walks a long distance to the school. She leaves early, crosses streams and walks dusty, rocky roads (or muddy if it rains). She goes first to the church where breakfast waits for her, then goes on to school. If you could ask Lyndy Mae, she will tell you she is so excited that she gets to go to school. She is thankful to her sponsor for making it possible. As the oldest of 4 children, she feels a big responsibility for her younger siblings and knows that education is her way out of poverty.
So she will walk that long distance and overcome the obstacles because she has a dream that is possible because of her sponsor.
When a child is sponsored and joins the FCM family, that child goes to school with everything they need, they receive supplemental nutrition and they are introduced to Jesus as Savior and discipled to live for Him.
