June 20, 2016. Yesterday was Fathers' Day. In my family, I enjoy recognition, honor and respect from my children and their spouses as well as my grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beyond my biological family, God has blessed me with a worldwide spiritual family beyond my wildest dream. Yesterday was also Juneteenth, a day for celebrating the 1865 date when the last remaining black slaves in America were set free. All mankind desires freedom, love and acceptance. It is available for all in God's family.

June 20, 2016. Something is needed. It's absolutely necessary in order for events to progress. You have no idea how it's going to come, and there is a great temptation to worry. Don't do it. Don't worry My child. It will come. Don't look to anyone for the provision. If you begin looking to someone, there will be chances to get in the flesh to try and make it happen. Look to Me alone. I will supply at the exact right time.

June 20, 2016. You have reason for an ongoing celebration. You already know that Satan is defeated and that you are more than a conqueror in regard to your position as a child of the King. Find creative ways to greatly rejoice over what Jesus Christ has done for you. Encourage fellow believers in Christ to be happy about their place as true disciples of His. Be a catalyst of celebratory praise to honor Him.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines
Without sponsors, these children would not be getting ready for a new school year. Unfortunately, in many poor countries like the Philippines, education is not free. That means if you are poor and cannot pay the required fees and buy the required supplies and uniforms, you don't go to school. Instead you grow up working very hard for very little money and your life is stuck in a cycle of poverty. You cannot afford to eat a healthy diet and many times you and your family go to bed hungry.
When a child is sponsored and joins the FCM family, that child goes to school with everything they need, they receive supplemental nutrition and they are introduced to Jesus as Savior and discipled to live for Him. In all this the cycle of poverty is broken.
The beginning of a new school year is always an exciting time. The sponsored children in the photo above are so proud of their new school bags and school supplies. Thank you Sponsors for making it possible for them to go to school.
All of these children come from very poor homes. Some are orphaned, others were abandoned. Some live with parents who love them but are so poor they are not able to provide for them. Without your help, the future of these children would not look good. Because of your support, they can look forward to escaping the bondage of poverty and living lives with purpose. God will use many of them to spread the Gospel and to bring change to their communities and nation.
