July 18, 2018. If you are looking anywhere other than God for your security, you could find yourself in a pit desperately seeking deliverance. This is your opportunity to bring Jesus and the Holy Spirit into the bright light of God's truth. Never fear that God will fail you in cases like this one where a mistake could be fatal. His love for you never fails. He is steady in all circumstances. Believe and act on your faith.

June 18, 2016. The challenge is time. When to do what? How long to do it? You can do this! I know it causes frustration, but do it anyway. This has been an ongoing challenge and you thought it would be better by now. Yet it remains a sizable task. Start early and go through it several times until you have it down and in your mind. This will help remove the worry. Still it is a challenge.

June 17, 2016. When you have completely exhausted all other options you think you have, you turn to Me. Though it may sound simplistic, train yourself to look to Me from the very beginning of of your decision making. I have your best interest in My mind and I will work painstakingly to see that My will is established in your heart. Seek My heart and mind in every area pursued in your heart and mind.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Without sponsors, these children would not be getting ready for a new school year. Unfortunately, in many poor countries like the Philippines, education is not free. That means if you are poor and cannot pay the required fees and buy the required supplies and uniforms, you don't go to school. Instead you grow up working very hard for very little money and your life is stuck in a cycle of poverty. You cannot afford to eat a healthy diet and many times you and your family go to bed hungry.

When a child is sponsored and joins the FCM family, that child goe to school with everything they need, they receive supplemental nutrition and they are introduced to Jesus as Savior and discipled to live for Him. In all this the cycle of poverty is broken.

The beginning of a new school year is always an exciting time. The sponsored children in the photo above are so proud of their new school bags and school supplies. Thank you Sponsors for making it possible for them to go to school.

All of these children come from very poor homes. Some are orphaned, others were abandoned. Some live with parents who love them but are so poor they are not able to provide for them. Without your help, the future of these children would not look good. Because of your support, they can look forward to escaping the bondage of poverty and living lives with purpose. God will use many of them to spread the Gospel and to bring change to their communities and nation.
