Children who live at a garbage dumpsite are excited about the good food served to them, as well as the songs and Bible stories. See below.

June 3, 2016. Not many people talk about how good were the corrections from their parents, teachers and other individuals in authority over them. Those who did learn from those corrections have gained a great treasure of results from practicing obedience. Correcting a mistake, when done in godly wisdom, usually results in a positive outcome. Two things can be learned: how to give correction and how to take correction. It's a priceless gift.

June 3, 2016. Begin now to expect the best, not from a law abiding perspective, but from the perspective of: "I believe your best will now come forth." A corner has been turned and a good new direction is ahead. Keep your thoughts in the positive. If a negative thought attacks, bind it and cast it away from you immediately. You are knowing what to do, because you're asking Me at every juncture. This is what has brought you through.

June 3, 2016. Yes, there is safety and security found in the name of Jesus. Let all of your doubt and unbelief fall by the wayside as your heart and mind fully comprehend the gravity of that statement. Be bold in staking your claim to the protection He has to offer you. Can you sense His presence in the midst of calamity and chaos? Be willing to lay all of your cares and concerns within your Savior's arms of kind-heartedness.

Proverbs 18:10 (NLT) "The name of the Lord is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

These children live at a garbage dumpsite in the Philippines in such poor conditions most of us cannot even imagine. This meal is served to the children in a borrowed shed with a dirt floor, but the children don't really care about that. What they know is that they are hungry and someone has come with some good food for them. They enjoy the food, the songs and the Bible stories and having some people who care about them.

When we visited last February, we bought fruit to give them and passed out brand new toothbrushes and toothpaste. They were so thankful and so excited to receive these special treats.

FCM sponsors many children who live in this location, but most of the children shown here are not sponsored and don't go to school. Life is hard for them. They are thankful that someone cares enough to bring them food and they hope that someday they will also have a sponsor so they can go to school.

If you want to sponsor a child or provide extra nutrition that is so important to them, there are still many children who need help.

There are links below where you can indicate your desire to help. You will be blessed as you bless the children.
